Rules
Last updated: 19 October 2026.
What We Do Not Do
- No moderation by machine. A person reads every report. Nothing is decided automatically, and nothing ranks or filters quizzes by machine.
- We never tell an author who reported their quiz.
- No removal of your quiz or collection without a notice that says why and how to object.
What This Is
The public game’s quizzes are made or reviewed by the site’s admins. Users’ quizzes stay private unless their author shares the quiz’s own link or a collection’s link, or embeds a collection on another website, and they are not reviewed before that: a note under each says so, with a link to report it. The same goes for the notes an editor writes to show with their own quizzes’ results: editors are users the site’s admins have given that role on request.
The Rules
Quizzes, the notes shown with their results, collection names and collection descriptions must follow these rules. They apply to everyone who has an account.
- No illegal content. For example hate speech, threats or incitement, insults or defamation of real people, content that infringes copyright or trademarks, or content harmful to minors.
- No hateful, degrading or harassing content about a person or a group, even where it is legal. For example mocking or attacking people for their origin, religion, gender, sexuality or disability, or singling out a real person.
- No personal information about anyone, yourself included, such as names of private people, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses. Not as a keyword, an answer option, in a quiz’s notes, or in a collection’s name or description.
- No spam or advertising. Quizzes are not a place to promote products, services or websites.
- No sexually explicit content. The site is used in schools.
How Moderation Works
- Anyone can report a quiz they see through a share link (the quiz’s own or a collection’s) or on another website, with “Report this quiz” under it. A report names the reason, and can explain it and give a name and an email address (see Privacy). For a quiz of the public game, write to the address on the legal notice.
- One of the site’s admins reads the report and keeps the quiz, removes it, removes only the notes shown with it, or removes the collection it was shared in. Admins can also remove content they come across themselves, on the same terms.
- When something of yours is removed, you find on My Quizzes what was removed, why (which rule, or which kind of illegal content), whether a report led to it, and how to object.
- Repeated or serious breaches can lead us to delete the account; we then write to its email address.
- A sender who gave an email address gets a confirmation and, later, the decision by email. A sender who gave none does not hear back, and nor does anyone when the author deletes the quiz or the collection first: the report is deleted with it.
If You Disagree
If you disagree with a decision, as the author or as the sender of a report, write to the address on the legal notice. You can also complain to the Bundesnetzagentur, Germany’s Digital Services Coordinator, or go to court.
Contact Point
Our single point of contact for users and for authorities under the Digital Services Act (Articles 11 and 12): the address on the legal notice. We answer in English and German.
Zentrale Kontaktstelle für Nutzerinnen und Nutzer sowie für Behörden (Art. 11 und 12 DSA): the address on the legal notice. Wir antworten auf Deutsch und Englisch.
